driver and teams pay

Do drivers get a percentage of the winnings or all of it and do the teams get a straight up pay or do they get a percentage too. Dinner is riding on this one. Please anyone who knows. Thanks

You might end up going Dutch on this one, I believe it depends on a driver's contract. Some get a greater precentage of the winnings than others.

In all cases drivers get a percentage based on whatever they have drawn up in their contract and crew guys may get bonuses based on top tens or fives or wins but they are normally just salaried employees
